Located in the heart of Providence’s vibrant arts district, GRID Gallery offers a welcoming and inclusive space perfect for hosting a variety of events. As a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (QTBIPOC) photographers, our gallery provides a unique setting that reflects creativity, community, and cultural richness.

    • Accessibility: ADA-compliant with gender-neutral single restrooms and accessible parking

    • Rates: Hourly and daily rates available. Please contact us for pricing.

    • Inclusions: Tables, chairs (35), and staff support for an additional fee

    • Discounts: Special rates for nonprofits and QTBIPOC-led businesses/organizations

    • Notice: We require at least one month's notice for all bookings.

    • Expedited Bookings: Bookings made with less than one month's notice will incur a 15% surcharge.

    • Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your date. Details will be provided upon inquiry.

    • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than two weeks in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within two weeks of the event date are non-refundable.
